Regent Bone Bolango Gorontalo Examined By Prosecutor's Investigators Regarding Perumda Funds
The Regent of Bone Bolango Hamim Pou was questioned by the Gorontalo High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) investigators in connection with the alleged misuse of funds from regional public companies (Perumda).
Hamim was present to testify in the investigation room of the Gorontalo Prosecutor's Office regarding the house donation grant for low-income people in Bone Bolango from 2018 to 2020.
"Earlier, as the regional head, I gave the full information to investigators. The rest can be asked to investigators," said Hamim as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, July 10.
Regarding the issue of information on the flow of funds that also involved him, Hamim Pou denied.
"Hopefully this rumor never happened or never happened. God willing, nothing. Anyway, ask the investigator. I give testimony as a witness and answer 20 questions from investigators. Thank God, I have answered everything," he said.
Meanwhile, Head of the Legal Information and Public Relations Section (Kasi Penkum and Public Relations) of the Gorontalo Attorney General's Office Dadang Djafar said the examination of the Bone Bolango Regent from 09.00 to 16.00 WITA.
Hamim Pou was examined as a witness related to the alleged misuse of Perumda funds at the Bone Bolango Regency PDAM.
"I have not received confirmation regarding any questions. However, what is clear is that it is related to his role as a regional head who knows exactly about the distribution of funds in the PDAM," said Dadang Djafar.

After Hamim Pou, the Gorontalo Prosecutor's Office investigators will complete the case files by summoning several other witnesses.
Regarding the information of anyone and how many people will then be summoned, he said, it will still be confirmed to the investigators.
"Regarding the state's losses in this case, until now I have not confirmed it to my fellow investigators," he said.
Currently, the Gorontalo Prosecutor's Office has not yet named a suspect in the case because investigators will first conduct a case related to who will become a suspect.
