PDIP Ensures Transfer Of Power Will Run Democratically Through The 2024 Election
The PDI-P (PDIP) has ensured that the change of leadership of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) will run democratically. They are ready to hold the 2024 General Election by prioritizing smart campaigns.
This was conveyed by the Chairperson of the PDIP DPP Puan Maharani when reading out 17 external recommendations from parties generated from Rakernas III with the theme 'Poor and Abandoned Children Preserved by the State'.
"Rakernas III Party emphasized that the 2024 election is a momentum that is very important for the democratic transition of power through elections that take place honestly, fairly, directly, publicly, free, secret, safe and peaceful," said Puan in front of the cadres at the PDIP DPP Party School, Lenteng Agung, Jakarta, Thursday, June 8.
"In this regard, the PDI-P continues to fight as a unifying force by presenting a campaign that educates the nation's life, and is full of narratives of progress, and affirms the importance of continuity of the success of President Jokowi's government," he continued.
Not only that, PDIP is also determined to win the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo who is promoted as a presidential candidate in the 2024 presidential election. Cadres are asked to come down and cooperate with the community, volunteers, and political parties.
"Regarding efforts to win legislative elections and presidential candidates Ganjar Pranowo, all three pillars of the party start from branches, branches, PAC, DPC, DPD, to DPP parties must move actively to work together to support the people by working together," said Puan.
Furthermore, the vision and mission as well as work programs carried by Ganjar and his vice presidential candidates have been designed by PDIP. There is a priority scale that must be carried out, including eradicating poverty, stunting, accelerating progress through mastery of science and technology (IPTEK) as well as research and innovation.
