Cipularang And Padaleunyi Toll Road Tariffs Rise Starting June 5, 2023, Here's The List Of Prices

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) will adjust toll rates on the Cikampek-Purwakarta-Padalarang (Cipularang) and Padalarang-Cileunyi (Padaleunyi) toll roads on June 5, starting at 00.00 WIB.

"The tariff adjustment is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Number 496/KPTS/M/2023 dated May 2, 2023 concerning Toll Tariff Adjustments on the Cikampek-Purwakarta-Padalarang Toll Road and the Decree of the Minister of PUPR No. 533/KPTS/M/2020 dated May 17, 2023 concerning Toll Tariff Adjustments on the Padalarang-Cileunyi Toll Road Section," said Senior General Manager of Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Regional Division Widiyatmiko Nursejati in a written statement, Monday, May 29.

Widiyatmiko said that the regular toll tariff adjustment has been regulated in Article 48 paragraph (3) of Law (UU) Number 38 of 2004 concerning Roads and Article 68 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation (PP) Number 15 of 2005 concerning Toll Roads, as amended several times, lastly with PP Number 30 of 2017 concerning the third amendment to Government Regulation Number 15 of 2005 concerning Toll Roads.

"Based on these regulations, the evaluation and adjustment of toll rates is carried out every two years based on the influence of the inflation rate," he said.

The Cipularang and Padaleunyi toll roads are integrated sections (toll toll), as the main route connecting Jakarta to Bandung and its surroundings which is connected through the Jakarta-Cikampek, Soreang-Pasir Koja, and Cileunyi-Sumedang-Dawuan (Cisumdawu) toll road networks.

The existence of the Cipularang and Padaleunyi Toll Roads can also shorten Jakarta (Cawang) travel time to Bandung (Pasteur) to approximately 2 hours and 2.5 hours to Rancaekek (Cileunyi), 2-2.5 hours faster compared to the national road (non-toll road) which is about 4-4.5 hours.

"This tariff adjustment will also be an important point for regional development around the capital city of West Java Province, Bandung, with an increase in the acceleration of logistics movement and people's mobility, supporting the regional economy and expanding property areas, industrial estates and is a tourist route that supports the development of new popular destinations, culinary and shopping centers," he said.

Furthermore, said Widiyatmiko, Jasa Marga will continue to make improvements in order to improve services to users of the Cipularang and Padaleunyi Toll Roads.

The improvement in services is carried out in order to provide security, comfort and safety to toll road users.

"Thus, the Cipularang Toll Road section along 58.5 km experienced an adjusted tariff as of June 5, 2023, at 00.00 WIB," he concluded.
