PUPR Service Budgets IDR 1.5 Billion For Landscape Arrangement For Mataram City Government
MATARAM - The Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara, has prepared a budget of IDR 1.5 billion for continued landscape arrangement in the Mataram City Government office complex on Jalan Lingkar Selatan.
Head of the Mataram City Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR), Miftahurrahman, said the project was a follow-up arrangement of road asphalting activities in the area and in 2023 a landscape arrangement was carried out in the central part which circled the road in the office complex.
"We have budgeted IDR 1.5 billion for the work on the South Ring Road office landscape," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, May 17.
With a budget of IDR 1.5 billion for its allocation for a number of jobs other than landscape arrangement, it is also for additional road asphalting work.
In addition, the completion of the middle part of the road which will be used as a parking lot is in accordance with the planning, parking at the South Ring Road office is not allowed in the office area.
"All vehicles will park in the middle. That's what we will prepare," he said.
According to him, in the concept of landscape arrangement, it will be equipped with a park in the middle, so that it becomes two lanes so that both parts of the west and east can be used for parking.
"We will also arrange the canal so as not to cause inundation during the rainy season," he said.

Miftahrrahman also said the Rp1.5 billion budget was sourced from the Mataram City APBD and the tender activities were carried out in one package.
"However, tenders cannot be carried out in the near future, because there are several notes that need to be adjusted, one of which is related to the SSH (standard unit price)," he said.
The arrangement of the landscape of Mataram City Government office complexes is a priority because a number of regional apparatus organizations (OPD) based in the area are public service services.
Such as the Population and Civil Registration Service (Dukcapil), Health Service, Trade Office, Satpol PP, BPBD, BKPSDM, including the Regional Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas) of Mataram City.
Every day people come to the OPD-OPD, especially Dukcapil, to get services and not infrequently complain because the landscape conditions in the region are less representative, especially during the rainy season.
"Therefore, this arrangement is part of the service in an effort to create a sense of security and comfort for the community," he said.
