Recruitment With SOEs Reopened, There Are More Than 2,000 Job Vacancies

The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises together with the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI) has re-opened the 2023 BUMN Joint Recruitment Program (RBB). This time, there are more than 2,000 job vacancies from 120 companies.

Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Erick Thohir said, not only the holding or holding of SOEs that joined the 2023 RBB, but also subsidiaries, corporate grandchildren and state-owned affiliate companies.

Erick said that the level of education that can participate in the RBB Program is increasingly diverse, ranging from SMA, SMK, equivalent to S2. As well as work status, both organic or PKWTT or contract or PKWT.

"By involving all SOE groups, we can open up job opportunities for more than 2,000 Indonesian sons and daughters in more than 120 companies under the BUMN group," Erick said in an official statement, Thursday, May 11.

Erick admitted that he was very enthusiastic and optimistic in providing opportunities for young Indonesian sons and daughters to join the BUMN group and jointly contribute to creating a more advanced Indonesia.

"We are committed to opening up opportunities fairly and evenly to the best sons and daughters throughout Indonesia so that not only participants from big cities can participate in the RBB program. This program is open to anyone who is called to advance BUMN and Indonesia," he said.

Erick explained, in addition to expanding the membership score, continuous improvement in the quality of the RBB program also continues to be carried out.

Among other things, increasing system reliability, evaluating the RBB business/stage process, with more detailed and clear information so that it makes it easier for participants, as well as aspects of better transparency and accountability.

For example, after following every stage of the test, participants can see the value of the test in question in real time.

Meanwhile, the General Chairperson of the FHCI, Alexandra Askandar, appreciated the mandate given by the Ministry of SOEs to FHCI to hold the 2023 RBB again.

"We are committed to always maintaining and overseeing the entire recruitment process that will be carried out with professionalism, transparency, and still upholding the core values of AKHLAK, among others by improving and perfecting the process and reliability of our recruitment system," said Alexandra.

According to Alexandra, the RBB Program is very important in supporting diversity and transformation in BUMN groups to make SOEs a global player and superior telenta factory for Indonesia that is ready to face challenges.

"At the same time open up opportunities for the country's best young generation to learn, grow, and contribute to Indonesia," said Alexandra.

Alexandra said that participants could explore the choice of vacancies available in various industrial fields and participate in the entire series of RBB 2023 without any fees.

For this reason, FHCI appealed to participants to always be aware of fraud on behalf of the Ministry of SOEs, FHCI and BUMN groups.

The Ministry of SOEs and FHCI will also not hesitate to follow up on all forms of fraudulent practices committed by participants and other parties.

If participants are proven to have violated or practiced fraud, it is certain that the participants will fall and will not be able to participate in recruitment at the BUMN group and will be included in the blacklist list in the future.
