Tourism Bus Overturned To Jurang In Guci Tegal, Police: There Were Serious Injured Victims

CENTRAL JAVA - A tourism bus carrying dozens of passengers rolled into a ravine in the Guci area, Tegal, Central Java, Sunday, May 7.

Tegal Police Chief AKBP Moc Sajarod Zakun confirmed the incident. He said there were several people who said they were seriously injured.

However, when asked about the number of people who suffered serious injuries and chronology, he admitted that he could not convey it. Because they are still collecting data.

"We are still checking this first because the last one we got was seriously injured, but we will check first, we will inform you," said Zakun when confirmed, Sunday, May 7.

Zakun said that until now his party was waiting for heavy equipment to arrive, to make it easier to evacuate the bus that had rolled over the river.

"We haven't been waiting for the crane to lift the evidence of the bus yet. Alhamdulillah, until now our handling has no problems because all parties involved have been coordinated properly so that the victim is quickly," he said.
