Careless Parking, Customs And Excise Car Transported By South Jakarta Transportation Agency

JAKARTA - A viral video on social media showing a Customs and Excise car was towed by Transportation Service (Dishub) officers. The incident occurred on Jalan Raden Patah, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

The video was uploaded to the Instagram account @Lensa_Berita_Jakarta. The narrative in the video explains that the meeting incident carried out by the Transportation Agency occurred on Thursday, April 6 at noon.

Head of the Operations Control Section of the South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. (Sudinhub), Made Joni, confirmed the incident.

However, the assistant did not only belong to Customs and Excise. However, there are other vehicles towed for illegal parking.

"That's actually not just one car, there are three cars. Two are private cars, I don't know who belong to them. The point is one Customs car, two more cars are private," Made said when confirmed, Friday, April 7.

He said that his party had imposed a fine of Rp. 500 thousand to three cars that violated the rules. This is based on the Regional Regulation (Perda).

"Pay the levy, according to Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2015 concerning levies. It has already paid Rp. 500 thousand," said Made.
