LAN Calls Employees Must Report 100 Percent Do LHKPN
JAKARTA - The State Administration Agency (LAN) said the level of compliance was very high for the State Officials Wealth Report (LHKPN).
Inspector LAN Hari Nugraha stated that although the deadline for reporting LHKPN set by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) was dated until March 31, 2023 at 12.00 p.m. local time, as of February 16 in the LAN area, it was 100 percent of the total 93 required to report LHKPN.
"All those who are obliged to report LAN have collected 100 percent to the KPK on February 16, 2023, complete and thank God it has been verified as of March 16, 2023," he said, quoting Antara.
He emphasized that LAN is fully committed to realizing the principles of transparency and accountability in the LAN environment. So that the LAN Inspectorate continues to provide assistance and supervision during LHKPN filling.
The mandatory composition for reporting LHKPN in the LAN environment consists of six heads of institutions and JPT Madya, 25 heads of JPT Pratama and heads of Balai, 32 auditors and financial managers, and 30 management of the procurement of Jasa Goods.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Legal and Public Relations Bureau of LAN Tri Atmojo Sejati explained that LHKPN is a document containing a complete list of assets that are obliged to report, namely state administrators.
In the document, he explained, the full name, position, agency, place and date of birth, address, and identity of the wife and child. In addition, LHKPN also includes receipts, expenses, and types, values, year of acquisition, and utilization of assets.
"The obligation to report the LHKPN itself is a mandate of Law Number 30 of 2002 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK Law). The details of the LHKPN reporting rules are regulated in KPK Regulation Number 2 of 2020," he said.
Tri conveyed that to view LHKPN from LAN officials and employees, it can be done online by accessing the website of the State Official Wealth Report (LHKPN), namely elhkpn.kpk.go.id. The website can be accessed directly as transparency carried out by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) by the public to avoid corruption committed by officials.
"In addition to facilitating LAN stakeholders as well as forms of public information disclosure in the LAN environment, we also include LHKPN LAN officials on the profile of officials on the lan.go.id website," he said.
