YouTuber IShowSpeed Criticized After Tekel Horror To Kaka In Charity Match

YouTuber SHOWSpeed's dangerous action to Kaka (X/@centregoals).

JAKARTA - YouTuber Darren Watkins Jr or famously known as IShowSpeed conducted a very dangerous tackle on AC Milan legend Ricardo Kaka in a stellar war charity match at Ahmad bin Ali Stadium, Qatar, February 23, 2024.

Speed's action in the match titled Match of Hope immediately received criticism from football lovers on social media.

Many fans think the move is unreasonable and should get a red card from the referee.

Speed tackled Kaka from behind. Instead of hitting the ball, the YouTuber's tackled with a gaping pool hit Kaka's leg straight away. The referee immediately gave a yellow card.

The footage of the tackle video went viral on social media and immediately criticized IShowSpeed.

"He's actually very horrified, always trying to get a viral moment," wrote one fan.

"What's up with this guy, guys?" wrote another.

"It should be a red card, it's actually very dangerous," tweeted the following fan.

"The unreasonable behavior of IShowSpeed," said another netizen.

"Who keeps letting this guy riot legends," wrote fans as summarized by The Sun.

Luckily, Kaka was not injured by the tackle because he was able to continue the match.

Meanwhile, IShowSpeed, which is a famous football content creator, is humorous. However, his action to Kaka was far from joking.

Prior to the incident, Speed initially looked like a professional star. He discussed his position with Eden Hazard and discussed tactics with former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.

While on the bench, he repeatedly asked Wenger to play him.

"Put me in, I'm ready now," he said, greeted by laughter by Wenger.

The match was not good for Speed. After making a horror tackle against Kaka, he also failed to score when the situation opened.

Speed tried to cool the atmosphere with his saturation after his action against Kaka drew criticism. He kissed the head of Brazilian legend, Roberto Carlos, for luck before being replaced.

After the game, IShowSpeed also looked strange asking Drogba, "Is he Paul Pogba's father?"

Former Chelsea star Didier Drogba and Claude Makelele, as well as Barcelona legend David Villa, are also among the legends who performed in the charity match.
