JAKARTA - Wuling Motors presents the choice of a new variant of its second electric car, BinguoEV Long Range AC in early 2024.

The new variant of BinguoEV is supported by battery capacity with a distance of 333 km, modern features, and air conditioning, making it easier for users to charge at home other than at SPKLU.

"In order to provide an option of electric vehicles that suit consumer needs, especially in terms of urban mobility, we also present BinguoEV Long Range AC," explained Marketing & Sales Director of Wuling Motors Dian Asmahani.

In addition, Wuling also brings other good news that BinguoEV has received TKDN (Domestic Component Level) verification by PT. Surveyor Indonesia and obtained 47.5 percent of the proceeds.

That way, Wuling BinguoEV has met the requirements to get a Value Added Tax (VAT) incentive.

"This achievement not only confirms Wuling's commitment to supporting the national automotive industry, but also makes BinguoEV one of the electric vehicles produced in Indonesia and has met the requirements to get VAT incentives," he added.

This means that the BinguoEV electric car can be redeemed at a price more affordable than before, because there are Value Added Tax incentives.

BinguoEV Long Range AC from a price of IDR 348 million to IDR 317 million. Then the BinguoEV Long Range AC DC variant from IDR 358 million to IDR 326 million, and the highest Premium Range AC DC variant is priced at IDR 408 million to IDR 372 million.

Dian added that Wuling will continue to be committed to the spirit of 'Drive For A Green Life' to make innovation and sustainability go hand in hand for greener Indonesia, through products produced at their factories in Cikarang, West Java.

Through the new variant and the increasingly affordable price of Wuling BinguoEV, it adds to its advantage over the choices in its class.

BinguoEV is here to carry an iconic exterior design and a classy interior with a large cabin, and can be used without worrying about odd-even rules.

The available safety features are also quite complete, including two airbags, ABS, EBD, ESC, EPB, AVH, ISOFIX, transaction control, rear wheel antilock, emergency stop signal, sound module for pedestrian warning, rear parking sensor and camera, creeping function, to cruise control.

Wuling BinguoEV uses a lithium ferro-phosphate IP67-certified battery, as well as a kitchen with a capacity of 50 kW and a torque of 150 Nm for type 333 km and 125 Nm for 410 km.
