JAKARTA - PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) reported that the company's revenue throughout 2023 grew by 20 percent compared to its performance in 2022.

Even so, the Director and CFO of Paradise Indonesia Surina admitted that his party had not been able to publish the exact value of the performance because it was still in the audit stage.

"Compared to 2022, the increase in revenue (in 2023) is only 20 percent of the total (targeted). So, that's why in 2024 we also target (increased) 20-30 percent," said Surina on the Business Presentation 2024 Paradise Indonesia agenda in Jakarta, Monday, January 29.

Until the third quarter of 2023, Surina noted, the increase in revenue by 54 percent on an annual basis or year on year (yoy) to Rp831.48 trillion from the position in the same period in 2022, which was Rp540.56 trillion.

This positive performance is generally driven by business performance in the hotel sector which accounts for 43 percent of the total revenue achieved by INPP throughout 2023.

"I can convey that our growth is around 54 percent in 2023. This figure is an increase compared to the same period last year and also here the contribution from the three segments contributes quite well. Especially in the hotel sector, it accounts for 43 percent of the revenue," he said.

He explained that INPP's financial performance was also supported by business realization in the commercial sector which reached 42 percent and the property sales sector at 15 percent.

As for the company's financial statements, INPP's profit for the current period until the third quarter of 2023 was recorded at IDR 155.24 trillion. The lift jumped about 6 times from the position in the same period the previous year, which was IDR 21.09 trillion.

Meanwhile, in full year 2023, profit for the year is targeted to grow almost 2 times or an increase of 190 percent.

"For the bottom, we are quite sure that we can reach the high one, yes. When compared to 2022, it will increase 2 times and when compared to the target, (it will) increase by 150 percent. So, you could say what we are targeting bottom, has been achieved," he concluded.
