LMAN Notes PSN Funding Realization At IKN Capai Rp1,426 Trillion

JAKARTA - Director of Land Procurement and Funding of the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) Rustanto said that for land acquisition in the state capital city of the archipelago (IKN) the government had issued as much as Rp1,426 trillion for 8 National Strategic Projects (PSN).

The total amount consists of IKN road access of IDR 1.010 trillion and IKN Core Area of IDR 415.882 billion.

"The total realization of IDR 1.426 trillion is one of the fundings that has been launched in 2023 since IKN was announced. Namely, it consists of IKN road access of IDR 1.010 trillion, then there is a core area of IDR 415.882 billion," he said at the Taklimat Media event in Jakarta, Tuesday, January 23, 2024.

Until December 31, 2023, the realization reached IDR 1.426 trillion. This means that the remaining funds are still around IDR 1.990 trillion.

The realization of the funds is used for land funding for various projects in IKN, such as toll roads, dams, piers and others:

Rustanto said that LMAN also provided funding for the toll road and dam sectors around IKN before the project was built.

The total realization reached Rp910 billion, with details of Rp357 billion for the Sepaku Semoi Dam and the Balikpapan-Samarinda Toll Road of Rp552.403 billion.

"That is the non-toll road sector and the dam is funded by LMAN before there was an IKN, a total of Rp910,336 billion," he concluded.
