PTPP Wins New Contract Of IDR 29.31 Trillion As Of October 2023

JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), until October 31, 2023, has recorded new contract acquisitions of Rp29.31 trillion. This achievement increased 34.31 percent compared to the same period last year (yoy) which was Rp21.82 trillion.

The new contract was dominated by projects with Government sources of 42.47 percent, private by 40.37 percent, and BUMN by 17.16 percent. The highest new contract acquisition was in the Road & Bridge sector by 37.70 percent, Building by 26.68 percent, Dam by 9.00 percent, Airport by 7.00 percent, Railways by 6.72 percent, Industry by 4.84 percent, Oil & Gas by 4.46 percent, Power Plant by 2.58 percent and Port by 1.02 percent.

The achievements of the new projects that PTPP achieved in October 2023 included the construction of IKN Airport (Airbase Site) worth IDR 2.28 trillion, the construction of BNI Building in PIK 2 Area worth IDR 1.29 trillion, the Patimban Paket 1 Access Toll Road worth IDR 1.01 trillion, and the construction of the Bank Indonesia IKN Phase 1 Office Complex worth IDR 942 billion.

"The growth in the contract value owned by PTPP indicates that the company has been trusted by various parties in working on projects on a national and international scale," said Corporate Secretary of PTPP, Bakhtiyar Efendi in his statement, Monday, November 20.

PTPP is highly committed to contributing to infrastructure development, especially the National Strategic Project (PSN) which is currently being promoted by the government. To date, PTPP has worked on 30 National Strategic Projects (PSN) with 10 of them completed.

The composition of the National Strategic Project (PSN) consists of the Toll Road sector at 56.25 percent, Dam at 18.02 percent, EPC at 14.02 percent, Port and Pier at 9.15 percent, Airport at 1.82 percent and the Industrial sector at 0.75 percent.

Bakhtiyar said that most of the projects carried out by PTPP were completed or had progress faster than previously determined.

"We remain committed to being able to complete the project on time and we continue to monitor our projects so that this can support the government's strategic program in increasing competitiveness. From the various experience of previous projects, PTPP is optimistic and will continue to improve performance and competence so that projects that have been completed and are being worked on have quality and quality in accordance with the predetermined standards," said Bakhtiar.
