LMAN's Release Of IKN Land Has Reached IDR 723.7 Billion

JAKARTA - Director of Procurement and Funding of the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) Qoswara said the value of land acquisition or acquisition for the State Capital (IKN) had been realized amounting to Rp723.7 billion.

This amount consists of IKN road access of IDR 466.1 billion and core areas (presidential courts, ministry buildings/institutions, and others) of IDR 257.6 billion.

"This is the amount (IKN land funding) that has been paid now," he told reporters in Jakarta, Monday, August 28.

According to Qoswara, the APBN disbursement is a fund outside supporting facilities that supports the establishment of IKN.

It was recorded that there were Rp701.3 billion other funding that had been disbursed by LMAN.

"This is used to build the Sepaku Semoi dam with an amount of IDR 148.9 billion and the toll road connecting Balikpapan and Samarinda amounting to IDR 552.4 billion which we have paid since May 2021," he said.

Qoswara explained that the builder of the National Capital City is one of a number of National Strategic Projects (PSN).

As for this year (up to August 25, 2023), the realization value of PSN land acquisition has reached Rp10.3 trillion.

Of this figure, as much as Rp. 8.2 trillion is land acquisition specifically for the construction of toll roads.

"Of course we will accelerate the realization of this PSN even faster until the end of the year," said Qoswara.
