According to the Indonesian Consulate General inCapeTown, the assistance was given by the Indonesian Consulate General after receiving an urgent call from the head of port immigration, Muneefah Abrahams.

Abrahams said that an Indonesian citizen crew with the initials MK spoke for themselves about religion, state, elections, fathers, mothers, and ancestors of their descendants.

The Constitutional Court also shouted that his body was sick, causing panic among port immigration officers. As a result, he did not get permission to sail and was returned to the ship for further action.

Immediately after receiving a call from the port immigration authority, the Indonesian Consulate General in Cape Town immediately acted quickly to accompany the Constitutional Court, and took him to a mental health clinic at Akeso Milnerton Clinic Milpark Center Cape Town to get a psychiatrist's examination.

In order to ease his mental burden, the Indonesian Consulate General in Cape Town also facilitated video calls between the Constitutional Court and his family in Indonesia.
