Unlike 'Geng' With Muchdi Pr, Kubu Syamsu Djalal's Berkarya Party Supports AMIN

JAKARTA - The Beringin Karya Party (Working) of the Syamsu Djalal camp declared its support for the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair Anies-Muhaimin (AMIN).

"With this, we, the Central Executive Board of the Berkarya Party, provide support to the presidential and vice presidential candidates of the Republic of Indonesia, namely Anies Rasyid Baswedan and Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar as presidential and vice presidential candidates of the Republic of Indonesia," said Chairman of the DPP Beringin Party Syamsu Djalal at the AMIN National Team Headquarters, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, January 24.

Berkarya ordered all cadres in Indonesia to win the party-backed AMIN pair.

The Expert Council of the AMIN Supomo National Team representing the AMIN National Team submitted a letter of support to the General Chairperson of the Berkarya Party DPP Syamsu Djalal as a symbol of the inauguration of support.

Meanwhile, regarding the support of the Berkarya Party to Prabowo-Gibran on January 12, Syamsu said the declaration made by the Head of the Berkarya Party, Muchdi Pr, was invalid.

"Muchdi Pr was invalid, yesterday's declaration (P Prabowo-Gibran support) was invalid," said Syamsu.

Meanwhile, the Secretary of the National Winning Board of the Berkarya Party DPP Mujahidin explained that Muchdi Pr had been dismissed from the Berkarya Party, so that the previous declaration was invalid.

"The Fauzan is the Secretary General appointed by Mr. Muchdi Pr. Meanwhile, Mr. Muchdi Pr has been dismissed by Mr. Syamsu Djalal as Chairman of the Party Court. So that's the chronology, there are notes and videos," explained Mujahidin.

Mujahidin said the declaration read by Fauzan for Prabowo-Gibran's support could no longer be recognized by law due to legal defects.

The declaration of Prabowo-Gibran's support, said Mujahidin, was not at the TKN office, but only at the party office, so the legality needs to be questioned.

As previously reported, the Berkarya Party led by General Chair Muchdi Purwoprandjono expressed his support for the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number 2, Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the 2024 General Election. The declaration was delivered directly by the Secretary General of the Berkarya Party, Fauzan Rachmansyah at the Berkarya Party DPP office, Jakarta, Friday 12 January.

"After we affirm ourselves as'swing votes' and 'undecided voters'. After receiving input from cadres, Alhamdulillah, we declare that we support Presidential Candidate 02. This is truly support from our hearts all Berkarya Party cadres," Fauzan said in a written statement.
