The North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office (North Sumatra) has stopped prosecuting two cases of theft of oil palm at the Simalungun District Attorney's Office and the Deli Serdang District Attorney's Branch in Labuhan Deli with a restorative justice (RJ) approach.
