2.5 Hours Meeting, JK Admits He Talks More In Detail With Anies Than Puan And Prabowo

JAKARTA - The 10th and 12th Vice Presidents Jusuf Kalla (JK) admitted that they spoke in more detail together with the presidential candidate for the Coalition for Change Anies Baswedan.

He also compared the conversation in more detail than the Chairman of the PDIP DPP Puan Maharani and the prospective presidential candidate for the Advanced Indonesia Coalition Prabowo Subianto.

This was conveyed by JK after meeting Anies for approximately 2.5 hours at his residence, Jalan Brawijaya Number 6, Jakarta, Saturday morning.

"We discussed national matters the same as what I talked about with Puan and Prabowo, but this is more detailed what we are doing for this nation and of course also look forward to what is good," said JK when met by the media crew.

He explained that during the meeting they discussed a lot about nationality. One of them, he continued, Indonesia must be aware of the condition of the decline in the economy.

"How do we avoid outside influences being too big, like China's influence is too big," he added.

According to JK, Indonesia is now surrounded by such a situation. For him, there needs to be a struggle that will be handled by the next president, such as Anies Baswedan.

"Pak Anies and his friends are fighters for all of us," said JK.

To note on Wednesday (4/10), the Chairman of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Puan Maharani, visited the private residences of the 10th and 12th Vice Presidents of the Republic of Indonesia Jusuf Kalla on Jalan Brawijaya, South Jakarta, to stay in touch and discuss the current condition of the nation and its challenges in the future.

Not only that, Prabowo Subianto also visited JK in the context of a delayed gathering on Tuesday (2/5).
