City Government Reminds Schools To Use BOSP Funds According To The Provisions Of The Ministry Of Education And Culture

BOGOR - Bogor City Government (Pemkot) reminded schools in Bogor to use educational operational funds (BOSP) in accordance with the provisions set by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Deputy Mayor of Bogor, Dedie A Rachim said, BOSP funds are needed to encourage school operations to run smoothly so that their use must be effective.

"We remind schools to be careful, use according to the rules, so that school operations run smoothly and no one gets into trouble," said Dedie Rachim in Bogor City, Thursday, September 14, quoted by Antara. Dedie emphasized that schools need to ensure that all administrations from planning, program preparation to reporting and evaluation can be properly accounted for.

The Bogor City Government (Pemkot), he said, through the education office (disdik) held a regular coaching clinic BOSP phase 2 of 2023 to school principals, operators and school treasurers throughout Bogor City on September 11-12 2023.

In this activity, it has been socialized and explained about 11 points of rules that may and cannot be violated according to the regulations of the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). Dedie hopes that apart from this BOSP assistance, progress, development and improvement of the quality of education must also be supported by a strategy for the availability of educators in every school.

So that Bogor City children can continue to attend school. This is because one indicator of the progress of the human development index is also seen from the old indicators of school age. Dedie also left a message to school principals and teachers not to get tired of educating, teaching, reminding their students about discipline in maintaining cleanliness, preserving, caring for and protecting nature and the environment.

"Because education is not only in the field of academics, but also morals and responsibilities, mentality and disciplinary values applied in everyday life," he said.

Head of the Bogor City Education Office, Sujatmiko Baliarto, said this activity was also to socialize, motivate and provide direction and encourage budget implementation and management.

"In this management, the stages carried out starting from the planning stage must be in accordance with the corridor. There are 11 components that are allowed according to Permendikbud, Research and Technology Number 63 of 2022, so that in its implementation it cannot leave the corridor of integrity," he explained.

Sujatmiko said, starting from the documented planning stage and becoming a document, it must really be implemented. "So that in its implementation, there should be no double budget, no one reduces the specs so that everything remains on target and according to the corridor, the report must be orderly," he said.
