Jakarta's COVID-19 Isolation Capacity Today: Athletes House 78.6 Percent, Nagrak Flats 19.1 Percent, Grass Market 0.39 Percent

JAKARTA - There has been a reduction in the occupancy rate of COVID-19 patient beds at the Kemayoran Athlete's Wisma Emergency Hospital today. Currently, its usability reaches 62.5 percent, so there are 37.5 percent of beds that are not occupied by patients.

Head of Information for Kogabwilhan I, Marine Colonel Aris Mudian said, as of today there are 494 people who have just left Wisma Atlet as COVID-19 isolation patients.

"Inpatients at the Wisma Atlet Hospital are 4,936 people from 7,894 bed capacities. Initially there were 5,430 people being treated and today there are 494 people," said Aris in his statement, Wednesday, July 21.

The details, there are 2,352 women and 2,584 men. They are undergoing isolation in Towers 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the Wisma Atlet COVID-19 Emergency Hospital.

So, since the beginning of being used as a place of isolation on March 23, 2020 until now, the COVID-19 Hospital of Wisma Atlet Kemayoran has treated 119,572 corona virus patients.

"There are 114,636 patients discharged, with details 113,199 patients recovered, 958 were referred to other hospitals, and 479 people died," he said.

Currently, all isolation patients being treated at the Wisma Atlet Kemayoran Hospital are people who have symptoms of COVID-19, both mild and moderate.

Then, the isolation capacity of the Nagrak Cilincing Flats today is 19.1 percent or there are 631 beds filled with isolation patients from a total of 3,302 beds. Yesterday, the Nagrak Flat was filled with 704 patients. Today reduced 73 patients.

"From June 28 to July 21, there have been 8,333 registered isolation patients and 7,702 discharged patients," said Aris.

Furthermore, the isolation capacity of Pasar Rumput Flats is currently 0.39 percent or filled with 22 people out of a total capacity of 5,950 beds. Yesterday, there were 19 isolated patients and today there are 3 more.

The Pasar Rumput Flats consist of three towers. Its operation starts from the 4th floor to the 25th floor. Each floor has a variety of occupancy numbers, ranging from 29 to 34 occupancy. Each dwelling contains three beds. The total capacity can reach 5,950 beds.
