"It must be arranged really, for example, what about the CSR program for fishermen. So that if it is implemented, fishermen should get greater benefits," said Ansar.
The Riau Islands Province also expects a larger portion of regional income from non-tax state revenue (PNBP) in the marine sand mining sector.
The regional income in question will also lead to an increase in the welfare of fishermen in Riau Islands Province.
"What kind of revenue sharing pattern will be discussed further," said Ansar.
Ansar said mining permits and sea sand exports were issued by the central government through the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP).
