JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government received 162 asset certificates originating from 225 hectares of land with a total value of Rp29.35 trillion from the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).

The details of the 162 certificates are the city of North Jakarta as many as 118 fields, South Jakarta as many as 30 fields, West Jakarta as many as 3 fields, and East Jakarta as many as 11 fields.
This includes a land management rights certificate (HPL) of Kampung Bermis Muara Angke, HPL National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD) in Cilincing and Kalibaru Villages, as well as the right to use Ragunan Wildlife Park.
In addition, Heru said the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding was a form of commitment and cooperation guidelines in accelerating land registration, assistance in preventing and handling land problems for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's assets.
