Nurhadi's Son-in-law Buys Rp.13 Billion Of Oil Palm Plantations Using US Dollars

JAKARTA - Former employee of PT Herbiyono Energi Industri, Calvin Pratama, revealed that the process of purchasing oil palm plantations by Nurhadi's son-in-law, Rezky Herbiyanto, was worth Rp. 13 billion.

"At that time I was asked to pay a sum of money to Ko Iwan, Rezky's business partner to pay for the oil palm land. If I'm not mistaken, the amount is around Rp. 13 billion, I have also seen the documents behind the names of Rezky and Rizki Aulia at that time," said Calvin. , at the Corruption Crime Court (Tipikor) Jakarta, reported by Antara, Wednesday, November 4.

Calvin became a witness for two defendants, namely former Secretary of the Supreme Court Nurhadi and his son-in-law Rezky Herbiyanto. Both were charged with accepting bribes totaling Rp45,726 billion from the President Director of PT Multicon Indrajaya Terminal (MIT) 2014-2016 Hiendra Soenjoto and gratuities worth Rp37,287 billion from a number of parties in the 2014-2017 period.

The indictment stated that Rezky used money from Hiendra Soenjoto, among others, for the purchase of palm oil land in Padang Lawas amounting to IDR 2 billion on June 8, 2015.

"At the time of the transaction, I arrived in the car and there was a 'shop back' with the contents of Rp. 13 billion, but in the form of US dollars. After that, there were Pak Waskito Adi, Pak Yoga and Rezky, then we went to Bukopin Fatmawati, then Mr. Waskito. reopening new dollar accounts in my name, "said Calvin.

Then Calvin deposited the Rp. 13 billion dollar bill.

"But I forgot how much was deposited, only after the dollar was put in, it could be transferred in rupiah to an account in Pak Iwan's name. Asked what it was for, then said Mr. Waskito to answer 'for oil palm' because as far as I remember, all Mr. Waskito took care of it," said Calvin too.

However, according to Calvin, Iwan Liman is not the owner of an oil palm plantation. "As far as I know Iwan only helps to pay for Rezky to buy palm oil, he is the one who transfers it to the land owner," said Calvin.

According to Calvin, Rezky ended up buying the entire oil palm plantation. "I don't remember the size and price, but at that time I was told to check at Patal Senayan (palm oil plantation). The name of the certificate has been reversed. I just forgot the owner of the name, the last name was Rezky Herbiyono or Rizky Aulia," said Calvin.

Rizky Aulia is the son of Nurhadi who is the wife of Rezky Herbiyono.
