Fiat Introduces Its Latest Electric SUV, Fiat 600, With Interesting Design And Superior Performance

JAKARTA - Fiat recently revealed their latest SUV with the name Fiat 600e, which is an electric-powered car that car fans are looking forward to.

Fiat introduced the 600e model to the public through a video uploaded to the manufacturer's official Youtube channel. In terms of appearance, Fiat 600e has the same design as Fiat's mainstay hatchback, namely Fiat 500, with a semi-closed round light and a distinctive small grip. This car features a sporty style with white paint and black accents combined on the rear wing, roof, rear glass, and car door frames.

Although the detailed specifications of Fiat 600 have not been officially disclosed by the manufacturer, it is estimated that this car will use the same platform as the latest DS 3 E-Tense and Peugeot e-2008, namely e-CMP2 developed by Stellantis.

Using the latest platform, Fiat 600e is likely to be equipped with a single electric motorbike from Jeep Fighter which has a power of 151 dk and a torque of 260 Nm. With this performance, this car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hour within 9 seconds.

Fiat 600e will also adopt the same battery component as Jeep Fighter, with a capacity of 51 kWh. This battery allows the car to cover a distance of up to 400 km on a single charge and supports charging with a power of 100 kW.

For the interior, Fiat 600 will likely adopt the same feature as Fiat 500, including a 10.25-inch infotainment display that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto systems.

Although Fiat 600e will be present in the electric version, there is still the possibility that Fiat will also offer combustion engines on this model. This car can be equipped with a 1.2 liter 3-cylinder gasoline engine. However, these details are still uncertain.

Fiat 600e has long been eagerly awaited, and after being shown in trials on the highway earlier this year, this car will eventually be here to lure car enthusiasts around the world.
