"As a woman, I always share the sneaky things I do in terms of creams or facial make-up , but right now I'm in a position where I can be honest, because I haven't had surgery.
"When I did - because I probably would - I didn't know if I would tell people. But I think women are allowed to have a bit of mystery, right?"
This came after Amanda received a strong backlash over her indecent outfit during the semifinals of the BGT 2020 series.
She garnered over 200 complaints from viewers after they claimed that the dress Amanda was wearing was too minimal for her nipples to show.
Amanda was quick to defend herself against the protests as she insisted she was wearing a corset and made sure she didn't expose it too much to the camera, before adding that she was confused by the attention it was getting.
Her friend Piers joined in on the joke when she appeared on Heart FM to tell her: "I was one of the people who complained to Ofcom about your dress," she explained.
"But I'm only complaining because I thought you were wearing too many clothes."
