Ida also asked the Ministry of Manpower to further intensify the socialization of the prevention and handling of sexual harassment in the workplace to all companies and industrial estates.

"I also invite all relevant parties, such as local governments, employers' associations, industrial estate managers, trade unions/labor unions, to jointly fight violence and sexual harassment in the workplace," he said.
