Gus Yusuf, Yusuf Chudlori's nickname, added that it is usually residents who have difficulty in fulfilling their daily needs because they are not registered in the local RT/RW. As a result, assistance from the government did not reach them.

"Or economically affected by the pandemic, eventually abandoned. Someone had asked me, he did not have rice at all. Imagine what if residents do not dare to ask or inform their condition," he said.

According to Gus Yusuf, the TNI/Polri are the most complete state apparatus down to the lower levels and the level of discipline is also high.

It is hoped that every member of the TNI/Polri in maintaining security and order and at the same time patrolling looking for hungry citizens because this is also in line with President Joko Widodo's recommendation that there must be an acceleration of the provision of social assistance to the community.

"Reflecting on the history of Sayyidina Umar, that the leader should not sleep before his people sleep. Sayyidina Umar used to go around every night, making sure his people who have not eaten. God willing, if this is done, it will be a blessing, and we will all be safe," he said.
