2 ASN 汚職容疑者 ファンドBOKピディ・ジャヤ 拘束

BANDA ACEH - Pidie Jaya (Pijay) District Attorney's Office (Kejari) detained two State Civil Apparatus (ASN) suspected of being involved in corruption in misappropriation of the 2019 Health Operational Assistance (BOK) funds at the local district Health and Family Planning Service (Dinkes-KB).

Kasi Intel Kejari Pijay Hafrizal explained that according to the results of the investigation, the two ASNs, namely MJ and D, had fulfilled the elements of being named suspects.

"The MJ and D investigation files as suspects have been declared complete, and stage II has been carried out, namely the submission of the suspect and evidence," said Hafrizal as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, May 11.

Hafrizal menyampaikan, terhadap kedua tersangka saat ini sudah ditahan selama 20 hari, yakni MJ ditahan di Rutan Kelas II B Sigli dan D ditahan di Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Sigli.

He said that the management of the 2019 BOK funds was carried out by the suspect behind closed doors without involving the technical field, namely carrying out activities as if in accordance with technical instructions, even though they were fictitious.

The data that is not technical in accordance with the technical guidelines includes transportation expenditures and services of monitoring officers, transportation services and services for meeting participants, shopping for food and drink and ATK spending and finding fake ATK payment receipts that seem to use BOK funds in 2019.

"This is actually contrary to the laws and principles of implementation and management as well as the use of special non-physical allocation funds in the health sector 2019 which causes the output of increasing access and quality of public health services to be achieved," he said.

Based on the audit report on the calculation of state losses by the Aceh BPKP, the result of the actions of the two suspects has caused state losses of around Rp208 million.

"Later, the handling of this case will soon be transferred to the Banda Aceh Corruption Court," said Hafrizal.
