100 Officials Have Not Reported Wealth This Year, There Are Head Of Bappenas Suharso Monoarfa To Head Of BIN
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) uploaded 100 officials who have not reported their wealth. These names include the Minister of National Development Planning/Head of Bappenas Suharso Monoarfa and the Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) Budi Gunawan.
Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the KPK, Pahala Nainggolan, confirmed that the name on the e-LHKPN website has not submitted a state administrator's wealth report (LHKPN). In fact, they should be obliged to report every year.
"Yes, it hasn't been reported yet," said Pahala when confirmed by reporters, Tuesday, May 2.
In addition to the names Suharso Monoarfa and Budi Gunawan, there are other names such as the Daily Chair of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) Benny J. Mamoto; Deputy Chief of Police, Komjen Gatot Eddy Pramono; Police Inspector of Supervision (Irwasum) who used to serve as Kabaintelkam Komjen Ahmad Dofiri; and the Commander of the Mobile Brigade Corps (Brimob) Komjen Anang Revandoko has not reported his wealth.
Next, there are also the names of the Head of the National Police's Criminal and Investigation Agency (Kabareskrim) Komjen Agus Andianto and the Head of the Security Maintenance Agency (Kabaharkam) who used to be former Metro Jaya Police Chief Komjen Fadil Imran who had not reported his wealth to the KPK.

Furthermore, there are also names of officials at the Supreme Court who have not reported their wealth. They are Supreme Court Secretary Hasbi Hasan and Supreme Court Justices Ibrahim and Sri Murwahyuni.
The KPK often reminds officials at the executive, judicial, legislative and BUMN/D levels to report their wealth periodically. This report is an obligation in accordance with the provisions of Articles 5 Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Law Number 28 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of a Clean and Free State from Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism.
The KPK said this effort was one of the important instruments in preventing corruption. In addition to reporting periodically, officials must also convey their wealth before and after taking office.
