AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan Jalani Ethics Session In The Aftermath Of The Distribution Of Persecution Actions
JAKARTA - Former Head of Bin Opsnal Directorate of Drug Investigation of the North Sumatra Police AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan underwent a Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKP) Session today.
AKBP Achiruddin is suspected of violating ethics in a series of cases of abuse by his son, Aditya Hasibuan, against Ken Admiral.
"Yes, that's right (the ethics trial, ed)," said Head of Public Relations of the North Sumatra Police, Kombes Hadi Wahyudi, to VOI, Tuesday, May 2.
In the ethics trial later, the panel of judges at the KKEP Court will decide whether or not Aditya Hasibuan's actions were suspected of allowing acts of persecution to occur.
The persecution of Ken Admiral took place on December 21, 2022 at around 03.00 WIB. At that time, the victim came to the house of the suspect named Aditya Hasibuan (AH). The victim's arrival was in order to ask for compensation for the destruction of the car rearview mirror that was damaged by AH.
However, when he arrived at the suspect's house, which is also the house of AKBP Achirudin Hasibuan, the victim actually received unpleasant treatment and led to persecution.
AKBP Achhirudin Hasibuan himself was in the same place and location when the persecution took place. As a member of the North Sumatra Regional Police, he did not make any efforts to investigate, instead he allowed his son to abuse him. Based on the interim examination, the reason AKBP Achirudin allowed his son to abuse Ken Admiral was to complete the fight that night.
"The results of our investigation while he (Aditya) was allowed to fight. So that it would be completed that night," said the Head of Propam for the North Sumatra Police, Kombes Dudung Adijono.
AKBP Achiruddin was proven to have violated the code of ethics as stated in Article 13 letter M of Police Regulation Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Police Code of Ethics Commission.
"Every police official in the ethics of a personality is prohibited from committing acts of violence, being rude, and inappropriate," said Dudung.
The aftermath of Achiruddin's omission of the persecution was the removal of his position as Head of the Bin Ops Division of the North Sumatra Police Narcotics Directorate. Not only that, he was also detained in a special place.
