JAKARTA - American metal gang, Iced Earth will release two EPs (mini albums) at once on April 28 through ROAR! Rock Of Angels Records.

Titled Hellrider and I Walk Among You, the release will include a rare recording of the phase of the transition between "Ripper" Team vocalist Owens and predecessor/president Matt total in 2007 and 2008, a period of great interest and importance in the history of Iced Earth.

The Hellrider EP consists of the songs Proof, Birth Of The Wicked, and The Coming Curse. Originally taken from the album Something Wicked This Way Comes (1998), and selected as one of Metal Hammer's all-time best power metal recordings.

At the end of the summer of 2007, the three songs were re-recorded featuring Owens on the vocal line.

Second EP, I Walk Among You includes the studio songs Setian Massacre, A Charge To Keep, and The Clouding from the album Framing Armageddon (Something Wicked Part I) (2007), which was remixed and remastered in 2008 and featured airi who had just returned to the band.

In addition, there was a live song Dark Saga, Pure Evil, and Iced Earth, which was taken at the 2008 Graspop Metal Meeting and also featured atine.

"Previously, this release was never released other than the CD. Now they have been remastered, with new artworks, new mastering, new formats on the disks, image disks, and they will be available for digital downloads for the first time," Iced Earth said in their official statement.

The two EPs will be available in various formats of the disk and will also be released as CD digipacked two-in-one and image disk 2LP.
