According to applicable procedures, the agenda of the inaugural trial is an effort to mediate. The panel of judges will try to reconcile the two sides by appointing a mediator.
"If the first trial is later as soon as the parties attend, of course the first step the panel will take, yes, mediate with the person concerned," explained Public Relations of the Central Jakarta District Court.
However, when asked about the reasons or material for the lawsuit filed by Marissa Anita, the court refused to provide further details. This was done because the divorce case was related to the private sphere and privacy of the parties involved.
"I think it is included in substance. Because this divorce case is related to honor and privacy, I think it is substantial," he concluded.
For information, Marissa Anita married Andrew Trigg in 2008. In this marriage Marissa and Andrew have not been blessed with children.
