Had Invited DJ Panda But Not Having A Permit, Pekanbaru Satpol PP Sealed Heaven Two Resto-KTV

PekanbarU - The Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit, Riau Province, sealed the Heaven Two Resto and KTV nightclubs at the Panam Center Complex, Tohk Godang Village, Binawidya District, which invited DJ Panda.

The head of the Pekanbaru City Satpol PP, Yuliarso, said the place was sealed because it was desperate to operate as bars and nightclubs without permission.

In fact, they still hold night entertainment events with guest stars DJ Panda on Saturday night, September 27 to early Sunday.

"The vacation does not yet have a bar and nightclub permit. They only have a restaurant and a KTV permit," said Yuliarso in Pekanbaru, Antara, Tuesday, September 30.

He said that apart from not having a permit, the sealing was carried out because the management also violated the agreement to cancel the official day of the place which had previously been signed.

In the statement dated September 27, 2025, H2 management stated that they were willing to cancel the event with the guest star "DJ Panda". However, on that night the DJ Panda event continued until the residents visited.

Residents also complained about the noise from the nightclub. As a result of mediation, H2 finally promised to stop the activity at 02.00 WIB, and the guest star DJ Panda did not appear.

"This clearly violates Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 13 concerning Public Order and Public Peace," said Yuliarso.

He emphasized that the sealing was carried out indefinitely. Satpol PP hopes that the prosecution of H2 will serve as a firm warning for other business actors.
