JAKARTA The iOS 18.2 update will be released this week with advanced features that make the iPhone experience even more interesting. One of the biggest updates is the presence of a new application on Home Screen, Image Playground.

The Playground image is the latest feature from Apple Intelligence that allows users to create creative images based on text descriptions, photos in the Photos library, and more. Unlike other platforms that rely on the cloud, all images are generated directly on your device.

With the Image Playground, users can create creative images in seconds by selecting from three styles: Animation, Illustration, or Sketch. This application is integrated in a variety of applications such as Messages and is available as a standalone application for concept and style experiments. All images are generated directly on the device, giving the freedom to create as many images as possible without limits," Apple said.

Although iOS 18.2 supports all devices that can run iOS 18, Apple Intelligence features, including the Image Playground, are only available for the following models:
