Spotify now provides a new feature called "Showcase" for artists to promote their music for a fee. With "Showcase," artists can bring their music to more listeners, both newly released songs and old songs in their catalog.

This paid recommendation will come with a variety of titles, brief information about its content designed to attract your attention, provided by Spotify, depending on what the artist team chooses.

Artists will be charged per click, starting at 40 cents. Initially, Spotify will only offer Showcase to artists with at least 1,000 streams over the past 28 days and whose billing countries are set to the United States. The company will launch this feature on the Campaign tab for eligible artists in the US in the coming weeks, but they say it will expand access to the rest of the world as time goes on.
