DJI Mavic Mini 2, Can Record 4K Price Of IDR 6 Million

JAKARTA - DJI portable drone manufacturer, again launched the latest variant of the Mavic Mini. The successor to the DJI Mavic Mini which was launched last year brings a number of feature enhancements over the previous model.

Quoting Engadget, Thursday 5 November, the DJI Mavic Mini 2 is capable of recording video up to 4K at 30fps (100Mbps). Where the previous model could only record at 2.7K image resolution.

DJI claims, this new portable drone has a lighter weight than the previous model, which is 249 grams. This means that the DJI Mavic Mini 2 has certainly passed the FAA regulations as a portable drone that can be carried anywhere without a special permit or license.

If the Mavic Mini still uses Wi-fi, then the DJI Mini 2 is already using advanced OcuSync 2.0 technology so that the distance is even further away. It is claimed that the distance is up to 10 km. The maximum speed has also increased by 25 percent from 5 meters per second to 16 meters per second.

Another interesting thing is that the DJI Mini 2 battery has shrunk from 2,600 mAh to 2,250 mAh. However, the DJI Mini 2 can fly up to 31 minutes, slightly higher than the Mavic Mini which is 30 minutes.

Questioning the price, the DJI Mavic Mini 2 costs 449 US dollars or around Rp. 6 million. In Indonesia, the previous DJI Mavic Mini tiny drone is still marketed at a price range of IDR 5.7 million for the standard version and IDR 6.8 million for the Flymore Combo package.
