Maybe you are familiar with the Quick Settings panel that will appear when you scroll your phone screen from top to bottom, or vice versa. There, you can see some hotkeys that you can use with just one click. For example, silent/vibrate mode, Wi-Fi, Sync, airplane mode, and so on.

Download the Tile Shortcut app. Launch the Tile Shortcuts app on your Android phone. Click the + button in the Inactive tiles section. Under Tile Type, tap Application. Select an application from the list that appears. You can edit this name, but pay attention to the name. The default name is Tile 1. Tap the Advanced Edit button to further customize your app shortcut. Now swipe down from the top of your screen to access the Quick Settings panel on your Android phone. Scroll right and tap Edit or the pencil icon depending on your phone brand. Press and hold the newly created tile. Drag it to the top of your active screen. Tap Done.

The shortcut will be added to your phone's Quick Settings panel, and when you tap on it, it will launch the app. You can create as many app shortcuts as you want, allowing you to access your most used apps instantly.
