JAKARTA - EVE Online launched EVE Anywhere, a new feature that allows players to ditch the game's software client and play a sci-fi simulator directly from the browser, a few days ago.

In a blog post, developer EVE Online says that EVE Anywhere has been developed in close collaboration with Intel, and lets you play EVE on the go via Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, whether using a PC or tablet.

"Starting today, Alpha pilots can now take advantage of EVE Anywhere, the revolutionary cloud-based platform that puts New Eden right in the browser of your choice!" writes the blog post

This partnership gives EVE pilots access to high-capacity computing power via the cloud when needed. You can fight, mining, or build an industrial empire.

EVE Anywhere can help you seamlessly switch between client-based and browser-based games. Alpha players can enjoy 24 hours of EVE Anywhere in exchange for 30 PLEX.

"The service will also roll out to more regions later this year, as we work towards our ultimate goal of releasing EVE Anywhere…everywhere!" he continued.

Not to forget, the developer CCP Games asks for feedback from its users so that they can fix any deficiencies.
