JAKARTA - Konami's annual Pro Evolution Soccer soccer series took a big step when it changed its name last year, and was launched as the new free-to-play eFootball.
Although the launch was far from successful as it was riddled with bugs, lousy player models, and poor Steam reviews after its release. This week, Konami will release eFootball in full with version 1.0 update.
"Encouraged by the feedback received from our users, we have worked to fix bugs, adjust the balance of the game, and add new elements to the game to make it more enjoyable for our users," the company wrote on Twitter.
Prior to its release, the company took very seriously criticism from players in an attempt to take the game to a higher level, and was accepted by all players.
"We take the opinions of our players very seriously. Since its release last September, we've prioritized improvements and corrections based on the feedback and opinions we've received. We will continue to work on improving the game and as always, valuable feedback from players is greatly appreciated," a Konami spokesperson told VGC.
eFootball is available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Version 1.0 update is coming on April 14th.
We are pleased to announce that the update (version 1.0.0) for eFootball™ 2022 will be released on 14th April 2022.

Konami promises to continuously update the game to make it more enjoyable for everyone, taking advantage of the feedback it receives from its users.
