To face the obstacles, the fighters will have to rely on mastery of kung fu and magical pendants that will bring them back to life after death.

Sifu's main inspiration comes from classic kung fu movies, with some of the developers at Sloclap having practiced kung fu, Pak Mei and various other martial arts.

From the early stages of development, Sloclap worked in partnership with Kowloon Nights to create an authentic experience and respect Chinese kung fu culture.
