JAKARTA - On November 17, 2019, Reyndhart Rossy N. Siahaan (37) was arrested by a member of the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police at the boarding house where he lived. This arrest was based on the discovery of 428.26 grams of marijuana in a box, which had just arrived at the boarding house, although it had not been used at all. In addition, in Reyndhart Rossy's pants pocket, 2.52 grams of marijuana was also found. Since then, Reyndhart Rossy was finally prosecuted.

On May 28, 2020, he was charged with the demands of Article 127 of Law No. 35 of 2009 on narcotics abuse with the threat of 1 year in prison. Marijuana is indeed included in class 1 narcotics.If referring to the law, then marijuana is included in class 1 and is illegal to use even for health services.

Reyndhart himself admitted that by drinking dried marijuana leaf boiled water, the pain could be relieved. Since 2015, based on the CT Scan of Registration Number RJ1508100084 from OMNI Hospital, Reyndhart Rossy has suffered from a neurological disorder that causes his body to experience frequent pain.
