Various Honda And Acura Cars Win This Best Security Predicate In The United States

JAKARTA - Not only one but five Honda car models won the best security title from the IIHS (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety), and two Acura models won the same title.

Five Honda models, namely Honda Civic Sedan and Honda Pilot, won the TOP SAFETY PICK title while Honda Civic Hatchback, Honda Accord, and Honda HR-V received the title of TOP SAFETY PICK + (TSP+) or the highest security level predicate from IIHS in 2025.

Meanwhile, two models of Acura, namely Acura Integra and Acura MDX, also won the title of Top Safety Pick

"The seven models got the highest score in a series of mixed small overlap front crash tests and side crash tests," the company said in an official statement received on Wednesday, March 19.

As is known, Honda has extraordinary safety technology that is often known as Honda Sensing, besides that AcuraWatch is a safety technology and driver assistance that is standard in every car model in the United States.

To date, more than 9.5 million Honda and Acura vehicles on the United States highway have been equipped with the safety technology.
