JAKARTA - Mercedes-Benz is well-known for producing high-end luxury cars, as well as the Brabus is well-known for its modification and development of Mercedes-Benz products to improve its performance.

The company, which is also owned by Mercedes-Benz, recently developed one of the flagship SUV models from the G-Class series, namely AMG G63. Named the 900 Deep Blue G63 Brabus, its performance and appearance are further enhanced than the standard version.

The name "Deep Blue" is inspired by the deep blue sea with a very dark blue exterior. The brabus removes all chrome and adds paint or trim in black carbon fibers that make the impression dark on the car look thick, reported by Motor1, Tuesday, April 11.

A bodykit from Widestar is also added in the form of a flare feder, a front bumper layer, a more aggressive back, additional modifications to the engine hood, ventilation on the back of the ferry, and roof spoilers.

For the interior, blue details were found in it. The brabus puts on a seat made of carbon fiber layered skin plus a gray interior typical of the Brabus.

What caught my attention was the engine part. The brabus embeds a 4.5 liter twin-turbocharged engine which can produce 888 dk of power and 1049 Nm of torque.

The high performance SUV can accelerate 0-100 km/hour within 3.7 seconds. Meanwhile, the highest speed is 280 km/hour with an increase in the suspension that helps manage performance on the straight track.

If interested in buying the 900 Deep Blue G63 Brabus, customers must pay it for 550,000 US dollars or around Rp. 8.1 billion. In comparison, the standard Mercedes-Benz AMG G63 is Rp. 6.45 billion.
