Morrissey claims Capitol Records CEO is trying to thwart his career.

The solo singer and former vocalist of The Smiths posted a picture of the Capitol Records logo on his website on October 15.

He then completed the photo with the title "CAPITOL WRECKERS", but there was no basis for the attack.

He also included a photo of Capitol Music Group CEO Michelle Jubelier and wrote: "Hi! I'm running Capitol Records and if I want to destroy Morrissey's career, nothing can stop me. Goodbye now!"

NME tried to contact Capitol Records to comment, but the label has not yet responded.

Capitol Records teamed up with Morrissey in fall 2022 to release his album Bonfire Of Teenagers, which the singer has called the 'best album of my life'.

In December, Morrissey cut ties with the label.

Dia juga mengungkapkan, Miley Cyrus yang merekam vokal latar untuk lagu I Am Veronica meminta agar vokalnya dihapus dari lagu tersebut.
