Sari Koeswoyo Make Sure Yok Koeswoyo Knows Koes Plus's Big Family Problems With T'Koes

JAKARTA - The Koes Plus extended family represented by David Koeswoyo representing kel Yon Koeswoyo, Damon Koeswoyo representing Tony Koeswoyo, Rico representing Murry's family, and Sari Koeswoyo representing Yok Koeswoyo, banned the band T Koes from performing Koes Plus songs.

Sari Koeswoyo said he had discussed with his father, Yok Koeswoyo about banning the band T'Koes from performing Koes Plus songs.

"We are also not as distant as if we want to give an announcement, but we also discussed with the last man of Koes Plus, namely Yok Koeswoyo, what the situation is like," said Sari in Gandaria, South Jakarta on Thursday, September 28.

"And that doesn't mean he doesn't hear and doesn't know," he continued.

Sari said that her father knew that the children of Koes Plus personnel were disappointed with the behavior of the band T Koes which she felt had degraded the dignity of the extended family of Koes Plus.

After discussing with Yok Koeswoyo, Sari also said that the only remaining Koes Plus member gave permission.

"In the end, he said 'yes, I understand your attitude, please continue, please do it according to the applicable law," said Sari.

Meanwhile, regarding the recent time the ban was put forward, Sari said that the extended family at first did not pay much attention to the behavior of T'Koes. Moreover, every child of Koes Plus personnel is also busy with their respective family affairs.

"We appreciate his decision that free competitors use Koes Plus songs to be sung at any time so that they can be blessed," said Sari.
