This Is The Secret Of Owen's 'Ripper' Team Keeping His Vocal Quality For Years

JAKARTA - In an interview with host Darren Paltrowitz's "Paltrocast", former vocalist Judas Priest and Yngwiel Malmsteen, Owens' "Ripper" Team revealed the secret of how he kept his voice prime for years.

I think I was just lucky and lucky, replied the vocalist. "I take care of it. One thing I always want to do is sing as well as I can and sing in the style as much as I can. And I think I'm lucky because it's been pretty good for years," said vocalist KK's Priest.

Asked if his routine involved vocal cooling and having to sleep for several hours and drinking certain amounts of water every day, Owens said.

"There is no warm-up, or vocal cooling, really. In the KK's Priest concert, I warmed up by singing [the opening song] Hellfire Thunderbolt on stage," he continued.

"So I didn't do any cooling. I didn't talk much. I drank a lot of water. I showed up and did my show and then went to the hotel as quickly as I could. And then I woke up every day hoping to sing."

"That sound is a strange thing. Sometimes you don't have it. You just wake up and that noise doesn't exist, and there's nothing you can do to fix it," Owens concluded.
