Wolfgang Van Halen's Wedding Held October, Will Be Accompanied By Peter Gabriel's Song

JAKARTA - Wolfgang Van Halen, son of Van Halen legend Eddie Van Halen, 32, spoke with Billy Bush of "Extra" about his wedding plans with Andraia Allsop.

The couple are planned to hold a wedding in October and Wolfgang's mother, Valerie Bertinelli, will attend that special day.

"He will cry all the time. He may cry now just by thinking about it," Wolfgang said.

Meanwhile, last month, Wolfgang told Consequence that he and his fianc had chosen Peter Gabriel's classic song, In Your Eyes as their wedding song.

Regarding how they chose the song, Wolfgang said that Peter Gabriel was one of his favorite artists.

"There is a concert before our wedding that we will watch, namely Peter Gabriel, because he is on tour now and he is just one of our favorite artists. Likewise with one of my favorite albums of all time, and it is one of my father's favorite albums of all time," Wolfie explained.

"So, I'm in a relationship with Peter Gabriel and his music forever, and at the same time, my fianc [is a fan], too. So, we can't think about any other song than this song."

Wolfgang, who is the frontman of the band Mammoth WVH, conveyed the news of his engagement to Andraia through a tweet in July 2022.

"He said yes!!" he captioned the selfie of himself and his fianc.

Andraia and Wolfgang, who have been engaged since December 2015, attended the 64th annual Grammy Awards together in April 2022.

Allsop reportedly graduated from Utah University with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, and later worked as a software engineer.

Allsop has an Instagram account specifically for his photography. In it, he documents photos of Van Halen's concert.
