JAKARTA - Staind released a music video for their new single, Lowest In Me. This video clip was directed by DJay Brawner.
Lowest In Me itself is taken from the album Conference Of The Fallen which will be released in September via Alchemy Recordings/BMG.
Staind's first new full album since 2011 is produced by Erik Ron (Godsmack, Panic! At The Disco, Black Veil Brides).
In an interview with Bilboard, Aaron Lewis said he needed "a long time to be ready to make a new album Staind".
"I'm really tired of digging into the dark corners of my soul every night to perform those deep and dark songs. The way is trustworthy and authentic," explained the frontman.
"I need to stay away from that for a while and do something different. It's back together naturally."

Regarding lyrics inspiration for Lowest In Me, Lewis said everyone has people in their lives who don't put kindness in someone.
"Only with what is happening in the world today, there are so many things, so many people are like, 'You highlight the lowest side in me.' There are many factors out there that can fall into the 'you' category," he explained.
