JAKARTA - The first fictional novel by Twisted Sister vocalist Dee Snider, Frats, will finally be revealed at the end of spring.

Dee revealed the chronology of the book's release while detailing some of its current activities in response to a tweet from a fan.

67-year-old musician, who lives in Southern California, wrote: "A lot is happening. Appearances on upcoming TV shows; Germany tour 'Rock Meets Classic' in April; novel 'FRATS' was released late spring; graphics of @Z2comics novel next month; Release of 'Me' @OriginalFunko POP soon."

Last month, Snider told Full Metal Jackie's national syndicated radio show that Frats is "a work of the 70s period and a future story; it's all about toxic masculinity and growing in a very toxic environment and how it affects people."

Three years ago, Dee described the book as "the story of a period/ stories of the future set by Long Island, NY in 1972/73 inspired by real events."

But he quickly clarified: "No, that's not my story."
