JAKARTA - Firstborne, the band featuring Grammy Awards winner Chris Adler and Megadeth bassist James LoMenzo, released the official music video for his latest single, Intercontinental Champions.

The clip was made with Unreal Engine by video game artist Matt Burdette. Unreal Engine is a game development app created by Epic Games.

"Believe it or not, this is not a rendering. We look like this now. We are ready for cyberspace, metaverse, DLC Goldeneye, and whatever comes!" Firstborne guitarist Myrone commented on their new song video clip in their official statement.

Meanwhile, Burdette added, with Unreal Engine 5 powers, they can advance the next generation of rendering and animation and further obscure the definition of reality.

"Firstborne never looks so real, today is an important moment in graphics, video games and music," he said.

As was the case with Bad Things and One Of A Kind, which were released in September, and Dead Rats, which came out in October, Intercontinental Champions was independently produced by Firstborne by mixing and mastering by longtime collaborator Gene "Machine"
